It is designed for solving the practical and scientific tasks, emergency situation monitoring, as well as vegetation and topsoil monitoring at regional and local levels, creation of digital maps, monitoring of resources and planning for urban and coastal areas etc., and for kinetic parameters measuring of plasma components and satellite electric potential.
